How to Order Custom Earplugs

Since each custom ear product is handmade to perfectly fit your ears, we’ll need to get an impression (cast) of each of your ears.

Are You In The Greater Vancouver Area?

If you are ordering earplugs through us, we’ll do your ear impressions for no extra charge at our Burnaby or Surrey office with 2 EASY OPTIONS:

Option 1:

Purchase online now, then visit us for impressions: Simply select your earplugs type (Drifters, Concertos, etc.), customize your colours and options, and complete your order. We’ll send you full instructions for booking your complimentary ear impressions with us.

Option 2:

If you’re not quite ready to place an order, then you can visit us for impressions first, then purchase: Book an appointment to visit our office for ear impressions, then complete your order with us in person.

Select the type of earplugs you need (e.g., Drifter Sleep, Concerto Music). Each product is designed for specific needs.

Customize Your Earplugs

Personalize your selection by choosing colors and additional features.

Order and Payment

After customization, you’ll need to choose your preferred option for getting ear impressions, then proceed with your order.

Getting Your Ear Impressions

You have 3 options for getting ear impressions to us:

  1. Visit Our Office (FREE for Earplugs): Book an appointment at our Surrey or Burnaby office.
  2. Find an Audiologist Near You: Get impressions at a nearby audiologist and mail them to us (we can help you find one).
  3. Returning Customer: Use your impressions we have on file from previous order (5 years max).

(*Please note that we charge $220 for ear impressions when ordering Ultimate Ears or any other 3rd party manufacturer.)

If you’re sending us your impressions from away:

Please label your impressions box with:

  • Your Full Name
  • Order # from your receipt

  • Standard turnaround is 3 weeks. Choose our 7-day RUSH option for faster processing.
  • All Canadian Orders are shipped via Canada Post
