How The Conditional Guarantee Works
If you have any problem with the fit of your earplugs, we will check to assess the fit and identify any issues. If necessary, we’ll modify or take new ear impressions and remake your earplugs at no additional cost to you. Our goal is to provide hassle-free solutions and ensure your complete satisfaction.
We’re confident that your earplugs will be perfect, but if you’re still not completely satisfied, we’ll refund 100% of what you paid within 30 days of being delivered (minus any rush service fees paid, of course).

*Warranty does not cover discoloration as this is out of our control. If washed regularly, your earplugs should not discolor significantly within your 3 year warranty.
