Comfortable, Effective Hearing Protection for All Day Use
Crafted from medical-grade silicone, these earplugs are custom fit with long term durability, and an advanced design for effective noise reduction and improved communication.
Protectors custom-molded earplugs offer unparalleled hearing protection in industrial environments.
With the Pro model, you can hear conversations and important environmental sounds clearly, enhancing safety and communication in the workplace.
By reducing noise exposure, you’re investing in long-term hearing health, preventing hearing loss down the road.
Advanced Protection, Tailored for You & Your Work
Each pair of Protectors is molded to fit your ears perfectly, providing superior comfort and effective noise isolation.
Protectors are highly resistant to heat and chemicals, ensuring lasting durability in various industrial environments.
The Pro model features special filters that allow speech and important environmental sounds to pass through, enhancing safety and facilitating easier communication at work.
Solid silicone Protectors maintain continuous maximum hearing protection (approx. 28 dB-30 dB).
Made of the same high quality, comfortable silicone, our Protectors Pro series are designed specifically for industrial applications. They employ an acoustic filter which protects you from intense high frequency noise while allowing for clearer communication.
Unlike standard industrial earplugs that can overly dampen sound, our filters avoid muffling speech and sounds.
Industrial noises tend to be louder at higher frequencies. Our DI filters are designed to evenly minimize low-frequency noise—aiding in clear communication—and progressively increase noise reduction at around 4kHz to protect against harmful high-frequency sounds.
The DI Filter ensures a continuous airflow into your ear. This ventilation feature minimizes the sensation of sound being trapped or ‘occluded’, reducing irritation within the ear canal and enhancing your comfort.
We also offer filters with the option of being metal detectable and X-ray visible, an ideal feature for environments like food processing and pharmaceutical manufacturing where foreign object contamination cannot be tolerated.
How to Order
Book an appointment with our Burnaby or Surrey office for a consultation. There is no charge to book the appointment.
During your appointment, we’ll take impressions (casts) of your ears. This process is painless and the entire appointment is only 30 minutes.
Receive by Mail
Your earplugs are shipped directly to you by Canada Post in just 3 weeks. We’ll send you a tracking # once they’re out the door.
As an electrician, wearing Protectors earplugs has been a game-changer for me. They’re way more comfortable and provide better noise-blocking compared to the foam ones they have on site.
