Instructions for Out of Town Orders

Step 1 – Find an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Clinic in Your City

You’ll need to book an appointment to get impressions (casts) made of your ears.

Let us know if you would like our help to recommend one in your area. Just send us an email with your postal/zip code.

Your appointment will take 20-30 minutes and you’ll walk out of your appointment with silicone casts of your ears in a little box.

IMPORTANT: In order to guarantee the quality fit of your earplugs, there is a specific way we need your Hearing Professional to do the impressions.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD THIS GUIDE and show it to the person doing your ear impressions. They must be done exactly as shown.

*ALSO NOTE: You’ll need to send us pictures of your ear impressions BEFORE sending them so we can approve the quality. This will save you a trip back to have them re-made if they don’t meet our standard. Take the pictures as shown in the guide and send them to us via reply
