I live in Miami but fortunately VCEP came up in my Google search for custom earplugs -- my sleep plugs were well worth it and fit great! Also very communicative and updated me on the manufacturing process.

I've had my custom earplugs for close to a year now and they've been amazing. I am a terrible sleeper and live in the city where there is always noise. I have tried many generic earplugs and they always fall out my ears due to having small ear passives. I was skeptical to pay hundreds of dollars for custom ones but I wish I'd done it sooner.The first month they were difficult to get used to. I found it really difficult to get them out of my ears. I would wake up in the night and panic because I literally couldn't hear anything and would try to pull them out of my ears. Not being able to easily sent me into more of a panic. After a month I figured out how to remove them easily and I stopped waking up in a panic.They come with a case. My only feedback is the case is useless if you purchase the glow in dark earplugs as they need light throughout the day in order to glow at night. I bought a clear container to keep them in. Glow in the dark seemed like a cool feature but it's not really coming into much use. They rarely fall out of my ears and if they do it's well into the night by which time the glow has worn off.

Fantastic ear plugs, having both musician's and drifter for sleep. They work beautifully, feel like nothing is in my ear, and so I can wear them all day no worries. The musician ones turn down the volume without affecting the sound. They also made the drifters glow in the dark so that I can find them if I drop them at night. Amazing service and you can tell the love they put into their creations.I used them at Shambhala music festival, 25db, was perfect for raging in front of the stacks of speakers for hours. Felt like I was wearing nothing at all. Beauty.

I had a very good experience with Vancouver Custom Earplugs. The customer service is exceptional and you can tell that they really want to answer questions and solve any issues that come up. Jaime explained everything in terms of the moulding and shipping process and answered any questions that I had.The drifter earplugs didn't cut quite as much noise as I hoped for - they block quiet-moderate noises, but things like floorboard creaking and loud snoring will still come through. However, they are easier to pop in, more comfortable to sleep with than foam plugs and don't fall out at night, so I've kept them and use them almost nightly. I believe they do help with my sleep.

I have never been able to wear earplugs comfortably, but my brother swears by these earplugs and bought me a pair for Christmas. The fitting was quick and painless, and the first night after they arrived I had the most comfortable full night’s sleep that I’ve had in years! I have a spouse who has to have the TV on to fall asleep, and he and the dog both snore loudly, but I can’t hear anything anymore! I’m a side sleeper and I can’t feel these AT ALL. They’re amazing!

Connected with Vancouver Custom Ear Plugs for some help in blocking noise when sleeping. They went through the process in detail, showing me on models what would be done. I learned a lot about how the ear is shaped and why regular foam plugs won't successfully dampen noise. After the explanation, a silicone mold was injected in my ear. The process was only uncomfortable for a few moments as the molding set and it was more a strange sensation. After picking out colours, I was set! A few weeks later my customized plugs have arrived and they work beautifully! I can sleep comfortably on my side and am able to have a peaceful sleep undisturbed by noise! It is an investment, but well worth it for your health and wellbeing. Very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend!
