We recommend choosing all of your style options through the UE configurator as it is a richer visual experience and you will be able to see exactly what you're building.

If you are getting your ear impressions done somewhere other than our office, it is usually best for you to ship them directly to UE in California. We can help you with this once your order is received.

Our impressions are guaranteed perfect for UE IEMs - we know exactly what they require for a perfect fit.

We've got you covered. Upon receiving your order, we'll contact you to recommend a nearby audiologist based on your postal or zip code. We'll let you know exactly how and where to send them.

Please do not send your impressions until you have emailed multi-angle pictures of them to and we have confirmed that they meet our standards. Failure to do this will result in added expense and time.
