How to order Drifters if you can’t visit us for ear impressions:
Choose your colour(s), options, and complete your order.
Once your order is complete, you’ll be given instructions to take to an audiologist or hearing aid center to get impressions (casts) of your ears.
Since each pair of custom Drifters is handmade to perfectly fit your ears, you’ll need to schedule an appointment with an audiologist or hearing aid center to create an impression of each of your ears.
We create each set of Drifters directly from your ear impressions.
Depending on where you live, the cost for a pair of ear impressions varies from $50 to $150.

Note: We are not affiliated with any other audiologists or hearing centers and Drifters sleep earplugs are only available directly through Vancouver Custom Earplugs.
We ship both ways with CANADA POST.
Once we receive your order we’ll email you a pre-paid shipping label to send us your ear impressions.
Just package them up, put on the pre-paid label, and drop them at a post office or mailbox.
When we get your impressions, we will send you a confirmation email.
Next, we get to work crafting your Drifters Sleep Plugs!
It takes approximately 13-17 business days for us to build your custom Drifters order once your impressions arrive.
When we ship your Drifters, we’ll send you an email with a CANADA POST tracking number. It usually takes 1-3 business days for your Drifters to arrive.
So sit back, imagine how amazingly recharged you’re going to feel when you regain your sleep — and keep an eye on your mailbox!
